According to Wikipedia,the Soyuz TMA-13 commander is Lonchakov,so I think,the commander of the Soyuz when they return is Lonchakov

Okay, protocol question. If there was some emergency and the ISS crew had to leave the station in the Soyuz parked there, would Fincke remain the commander, or would Lonchakov become the commander as soon as Soyuz was undocked? I can't imagine the Russians allowing an American commanding their spacecraft, but it also seems unlikely a commander should loose his command because there was an emergency. How would that work?
