@ojideagu Maybe if the big blind is very loose and aggressive (doesn't sound like tuff_fish was given his comment about "wait for an hour for the gosh darn hand...") this would have been a better play. I don't think there is much fold equity after tuff_fish has 40% of his stack in preflop. Against the right opponent with the right stack size the 4 bet light may have been a great play, but I doubt it was in this situation.

@Nick410s It was not as weak as you think. In high stakes poker Button V Big Blind battles often end up like this. The button assumes the Big blind 3 betting him light, so he pushes all in with his 6's as a semi bluff to get the big blind to gold. If he just CALLED all in with 6's that would have been worse. This is standard stuff.

@TruthThanks Because it was a button V blind situation in high stakes poker. People usually raise the button with a wide range, so people in the big blind often re-raise. The guy with 6's 4-bet all in hoping for a fold from Tuff Fish. If he had CALLED with 6's that would have been a lot worse.

that's poker folks, there are gonna be alot of times when u gonna get bad beats like this, nothing anyone can do about it but get used to it and have good enough bank roll and be patient enough
