This party is a bus of clowns going downhill fast. Their is fighting within, they have no agenda, no fresh ideas, and no speaker aside from Rush, Hannity, Beck, a former plumber (LOL), and a Governor who's foreign policy consisted of living next door to Alaska. Corruption continues to run wild, they refuse to work with the Democrats. They continue you smear and fear and claim christianity and morality while having sex and money scandals. Its the party of Nixon, would you expect any less?

The States are responsible for uncompetitive markets. Medicaid is a safety net for pre-existing conditions. Privatizing Medicaid, Medicare and Veterans will reduce by up to 1/3 of the cost. Portability is set by the State but their taxing of premiums and cost shifting makes it impossible. Elimination of subsidies, grants and tax credits would do more to set competitive markets and fund ONLY the safety net. Youth are coverable under parents policies up to 26 years of age.
