Heavy Rope training can be utilized to work various energy systems of the body. The variations can be anything from strengthening the rotator cuff to working the core. It can also be used to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Check out this drill! I like to call this drill 'Tamaleros' because it make me imagine I have to enormous pots with masa and I am trying to turn it to prepare the texture for making tamales.
