If you prefer C base 13 over 15 base 7, why did you rank C base 13 as #4 and 15 base 7 as #3?

If this is supposed to be your 10 base 7 favorite numbers in base 7, why is your #4 number expressed in base 13?

Of course, if 13 was your favorite base, then that statement would be using your favorite base, which means that your favorite base really is 13 base 13, or 16 base 10, which is just hexadecimal and really nothing special.
