It is very simple and does not require a lot of ingredients. Thats one thing I really like about this recipe. Nunnie likes this recipe even on my first time making it. I can tell you that he just did not say it to please me because believe it or not, if he does not like what I cooked for him, then he will tell me and wont eat the food. Like the bagoong. He does not like it at all. He also does not like pork sinigang. So when he told me that he likes this fried pork with parmesan cheese and bread crumb coating, then I know that it is true. And I like it too. I like it with steamed rice and ketchup.

This fried pork with coating is also a very flexible recipe. You can modify the ingredients according to your preference. In fact, you can dip it first with scrambled egg if you want. Although if you dip it with scrambled egg, then I suggest you use Panko bread crumb and deep fry that pork in oil. I bet you that would be good. In fact, now that I mentioned it, I am going to try it since we just got some Panko bread crumb and I will surely let you guys know how it turns out.
