What a man What a song truly amazing thank you Marvin for the legacy

@TheDennisegg I tip my hat to you!

This song is on his In Our Lifetime album. The one Motown released before Marvin was finished with it and the last album he ever recorded for Motown as a result. My favorite line form this song is, "Loving the pleasure sweetly, loving the pain as deeply." That is a heavy line.

@soulsupremeful I wholeheartedly agree with you!

This is a 5 star song :D

@KLBradleySr well then you sir, certainly know your music. "here, my dear" is the greatest album ever made. but "in our lifetime "was also great. i think the song "sexual healing" would have fit well on it..maybe if motown had not have tried to rush him, it would have been.

I got here by searching "heavy black gay music".

How can you dislike this? lol I don't even understand. This song has the funk, groove and Marvin's voice gets inside of you through the headphones/speakers. I am at work right now and I cannot stop dancing at my desk. Watching him perform this song just gives more life and energy to it.
RIP Marvin... genius is always taken away too soon. Thank you for the music that pumps life into my days.
