Takes time to get use 2, but all good now. Thanks.

In order to breathe you must be aerobic. For example, if you are a Clostridium botulinum bacterium and are anaerobic, it is not recommended that you attempt to breathe, but we congratulate you on being the first of the bacteria to be able to read English.

How to breath? Try not to suffocate.

I can't do it your way, and now I've forgot the old-fashioned way! HELP!!

About 5 days late, but I definitely feel this worked, I'll keep trying it though. Did it on Sunday & it almost seemed natural, should feel good tomorrow & hopefully natural by Saturday. I take physiology courses, & this definitely makes sense.

Thanks Kevin! Tried your method this afternoon after watching this vid. And it works well for me! Seems like your technique even cut down a min of my timing.
josephhuseyin is the idiot. Why attack a former pro cyclist giving advice on something that is absolutely true and helps! joseph knows nothing of breathing and is jsut an angry person. Thanks Kevin for the great advice!
