You may rest your case, it just happens your case is WRONG. Porsche does not own Audi... Since when does investing in 20% of a companies stock make one the owner of a company that owns the other 80% of their stock? In fact Porsche invested the stock in VW not in Audi. It just happens that VW is the parent company to Audi, lambo and several other high end car manufacturers.
VW and Porsche were made by the same person back in the early 1900's. Ferdinand Porsche created the 2 companies.
Now Porsche is buying VW and they own about 50% of VW. Porsche is also the only company that is legally allowed to buy VW because they have the same founder.
So now Porsche owns the controlling stock in VW, which owns Audi, Lamborghini, Bently, Bugatti, Seat, and Skoda.
the thing is my r8 v8 only made 377,8 hp on that testmashine( dont know how to call it in english) but you have to add about another 20hp because of the missing driving air you dont have on that testmashine.witch makes about pretty much 400 hp. and the rs4 has even less because it has a worse airsucking track. i have seen an rs4 with only 365hp+ 20hp. but the new r8 v10 doesnt have these kind of problems. because it has the lp 560 engine with just worse airsucking track.wich makes finally 525 hp
im saying the R8 is underpowered when it comes too it's competition.... maybe not so much "underpowered", as much as it is that the hp/lb ratio is far off the competition of around 120-180k
