By any measure god makes Hitler look like a Girl Scout. Hitler killed ~6 million people, but god murdered the *entire* planet, including all the animals. And this is a "loving" god?

I have to respectfully argue that you are too hard on Noah for planting a vineyard so he could get drunk. I mean come on! The man had to build a huge ship by hand. Then he was shut in with his family and all the animals for 150 days! Are you saying that you wouldn't want perhaps a tiny little drink after all that?
If I were Noah, I would have built a bloody big still so I could make something considerably stronger than wine!
