  • I sent an email presenting my case to a number of Lawyers.

Last night that email was pasted on Facebook by someone using a false profile.

The profile listed very little info but maybe enough to figure out the culprit.

Along with the description of my problem, my phone # & mailing address were in the email.

I thought that I could trust this information to them but there is one who could not be trusted. Do I have a case against the person who posted that copy of my email on Facebook?
