  • I've been on slim in 6 for a month now and I'm not seeing that much results. My diet isn't that bad, but I'm kind of discouraged. I'm going to keep trying since I've been inspired from your video. Congraluations!

  • if you want to lose weight and feel better i think theres 2 key things that if you solved then you'd see a drastic improvement.

    1) your diet - i think this is one of the most important, you have internet, research healthy diet. 4-5 small meals a day, high protein, low fat. Cut out all junk and seriously, you do that and your on your way big time.

    2) exercise. Building muscle (weightlifting) can burn more calories than running. Can't afford gym? start with situps and pushups. Determination=key

  • You don't have to settle. Once you learn how to eat right, you will crave the foods that are good for you, because you will start feeling better, and you will become drawn to how it feels. You don't have to do extreme stuff, but you should find some kind of exercise that helps you burn calories, and you have to create a sensible calorie deficit.
