guys it is actually a rocket but the spinning is not because of "ice crystals" the official statement from russia is "The missile's first two stages worked as normal, but there was a technical malfunction at the next, third, stage of the trajectory... such lights and clouds appear from time to time when a missile fails in the upper layers of the atmosphere and have been reported before ... At least this failed test made some nice fireworks for the Norwegians"

to accept his..cough..Nobel Prize. These are not coincidences. It is also known that the European version of HAARP was drawing high power when this even occured. Do some digging and you will find out what Country is the primary controlling Nation of this facility.

You guys sound like a bunch of monkeys pounding on the keyboard. It is known that the Russians were testing one of their advanced missile systems. The Russians announced these tests ahead of time. The missile flies into the spiral that appears and is disintegrated. This is a clear message being sent by someone that this missile technology is now obsolete. The message is being sent via a technology. It was being sent not only to Russia but the U.S as well. This happened right before Obama arrives

Geezus H Kriste people, it's a rocket already!!
It is traveling directly away from the camera. The spiral effect is due to the orientation of ice crystals (refracting light from motor) high in our atmosphere as the rocket blasts through them. It disappears when the main engine stage separated & shut down once in space. Or if indeed an out of control rocket, ground operators cut the motor once it traveled far enough it was unlikely to hurt anyone when it crashes.
Yes I am a rocket scientist!!
