This is a video of when I went to the Amityville Horror House at night at around 10 PM on April 17, 2007. In this video you are able to see a face on the boat house. This video is also proof that the orginal picture i took is legit.

the current family that lives in the house today have not experienced any paranormal activity at all instead they've harassed/annoyed by curious people so they installed fences

there was a family who moved int hat house but at night they moved right back out and left there stuff behind. Also i remember that the owners of that house before was selling what was inside 0_0 which is a big no no. and inthe news not that long ago a couple wanted to buy the house saying the stoy is just a made up hollywood dramatic hollywood movies. Which is true they make movies dramatic and over the top. But it is haunted though they said house is built over a native american burial

people shouldn't feel that bad for the home owners .... while I can see your point you have too remember that they purchased the house knowing the history and the hype. They knew they would be bothered on a regular basis if they lived there it's not right ... but it's a fact. I still think someone should buy it, restore it too its previous image and make it into a bed and breakfast so that people who want too seek it out for it's history can do so w/o causing a disturbance.

@SykoMDKilla totally agree with you. I feel awful for the people who live there now though - just because the constant attention would drive me crazy ... sorry, bad wording. Then again, I guess they knew that would come with the house.

@lilmissgaga After the Lutz family moved out and the story of Amityville spread, hundreds of people wento the house. The owners got sick and tired of people doing this, so they changed the adress to 108 Ocean avenue, they painted the house white, and they changed the quarter circle windows to rectangular ones, so that the people would leave the house alone.
