who spends billions dollars every day to kill innocent civilians overseas, build huge heavy hi tech monsters, scare tactics not only wins like 15 elephants stomping on one little ant. One percent of the trillions dollars each year to reduce populations overseas could have been used for repairing families here at home and education, and for homeless people with the desire to build themselves. But to them a blessing, population two-fold drop-deprive homeless from funds for use on overseas wars.

AMEN. wish this wasn't cut off. they drink for a REASON! for one, its the only time they relax enough to talk.  buy a clue. we throw people out in basic training for "failure to adapt" why is there no program to help us adapt to being civilians again? even if you're not scarred, you're changed. your family is gone. you don't know how to cope w/ that. getting a job? righttttttttttttt.

Any homeless veteran who is disabled or injured as a result of their honorable service to this country can now hire his / her own attorney and SUE the US Government in Federal District Court. @doubleestark have you ever heard of PTSD, it is very common, that has a lot to do with what is happening, the VA has failed and failed our Veterans miserably, there is no help for them, they are over loaded for calls for help, I helped as a Candy Striper in the VA Hospital in Coral Gables, FL during the Vietnam War, it was so sad, but at least I tried to help, grow up man,

You are full of it. The VA disability payments were based om WWII for years. You even lie about the VA not treating a drunk for PTSD. Hell, they have to sober a drunk up before they can begin PTSD therapy. STOP TYHE LYING.

The only real homeless vet bill is to end the war in the Middle East, eliminate the Federal Reserve and the IRS. That way the economy will be stronger and homeless vets can be taken care of by SINCERE people, not the government w/c loves to spend your money so easily on what THEY want. This bill will only cement the homeless vets into poverty and make them politically dependent.
