The Orchestra Asia オーケストラ アジア 源

日本・中国・韓国の伝統楽器による史上初の管弦楽団「オーケストラ　アジア」によるコンサートの映像です。

*＜馬頭琴と管絃楽のための源＞唐建平作曲 *
　この曲は、人間本来の自然を尊ぶ精神を表現するため、中国北方の蒙古高原に
生きる蒙古族の民族音楽を素材とし、蒙古族特有の声楽様式ホーミー(呼麦)と馬
頭琴の連綿たる旋律に協奏楽器の太古の自然を思わせる響きが組み合わされてい
ます。独特な素朴さと荒涼とした寂寛感が知らず知らずのうちに心を充足と安寧
へと導きます。源は簡明な風格と極端に原始的な音楽手法により、二つの自然
音階の二つの和音がのびのびと展開し、対比的かつ密接に繋がり合う四つの段落
を構成しています。この曲は２００７年３月「オーケストラアジア ジャパン」
(東京・紀尾井ホール)で初演されました。

This music GEN reminds us of feelings of respecting nature that we had
had in ancient time. The sound combination of Mongolian xoomij singing
and beautiful melody of Morin khuur leads our mind peacefully by an
imperceptible process.
GEN is composed by the contrast of modernistic and very primitive
sound, these sound are mixed and layered in four chapter. Two musical
scales and chords work sometimes simply, sometimes complicatedly. The
world premiere performance of this music was held at the Orchestra Asia
Japan concert in Kioi-Hall, Tokyo in 2004.
