I use non fluoride tooth paste. My teeth are better than they have ever been, all the pitting is gone, and they are white. Not been to dentist for 7 years. and that was only to remove a wisdom tooth. which I was told when I was young I would have to have out, as my mouth to small.

@jazz232006 are you from the UK?? If so tesco and sainsbury's if not a health shop, or an indian corner shop, there one is called neem. Most indians in the uk use non fluoride u see.
