Wherefore Art Thou, Hampton, Iowa

The story of a small town in north central Iowa. A town that believes in the spirit of hope and charity. A story of challenge after challenge that Our Town would meet time and again with spirit and pride. Among other tasks, a group of high school students reopened a historic theatre that had been shut down, the world renown opera singer Simon Estes launched a statewide tour and scholarship fund here, and private citizens donated more than $75,000 to rebuild and renovate the legendary Hampton Band Shell.
