@Jr3735 Because there's no way he could pull 855 lbs from the floor,

@bone4977 Holy fuck your stupid.
-
gotta love the westside barbell shirt
-
@Jr3735 Works on lockout strngth, puts more pressure on the back, less on legs, great for building up lower back strength without legs n glutes getting involved.
-
what is the purpose of pulling it from the rack and not the floor. Nice lift
-
@jeremygballa its a powerlifting deadlift bar instead ofthe kind they have inmose commercial gyms

gay

gay. lets see you deadlift that shit and not lift it 4 inches off a power rack after grunting like youre fucking Branch Warren. pussy.

I realize this is old, but i thought id reply to it.
Whenever i hit a plateau with deadlifts, i turn to rack pulls. They help break through the plateau so easily, getting you past the sticking point, of focusing on lower back, erector, traps, rhomboids, and pretty much the rest of the back. I have the pins slightly below knee height, that seems to be what works best for most people :)
That's great 3cm range of motion. Your back must love you...take some weight off and pull it from the floor.

I do pull from the floor you idiot. Seriously, why comment when you have no clue? I can pull 700 lbs from the floor without a belt. The rack pulls help to increase lockout strength and can be used for other purposes.
