Kindle DX Demo

Brent P. Newhall demonstrates the new Kindle DX. This is particularly aimed at folks who want to see Kindle's E Ink screen in action, and how long is required to load pages.

I demonstrate a regular Kindle book, a native PDF, and a web browser page. I also show all three in landscape as well as portrait mode.

Yep, fully possible! Either email it using your Kindle conversion email address, or transfer the file using USB. It's explained in detail in the Kindle User's Guide if you want more information. Hope this helps!

I heard that the amazon cover for the DX cracks the hinge on the DX.

I have the Amazon cover for the DX, and my DX isn't cracked. Haven't heard of others having that problem. :shrug:

This is driving me crazy! Hope u will answer my question: When u buy an ebook from the Kindle store, do u get the actual pic of the book cover? I own a sony ereader and hate when I buy a book and some of them you just the title page but NO book cover. I am a book lover and really miss not having actual book cover pics.

@sex0saurus Get the HP slate. Do not waste your time on the Kindle, Ipad, or whatever. Just do the HP slate. It is going to be the best tablet this year for sure
