  • Hi lord!

Glad you found the tutorial easy to follow thats my plan! Yes you could run games like that on ubuntu - using something called Wine.

I could make another video showing you how to do this if you are interested,

    Andy

  • on this video at 2:54 windows installer crapes out . I looked at it i think it might be i have a crapy iso image thats when it stops . windows wants to collect data.

  • So you basically need to clear your temporary windows files and it will redownload the iso !

  • i TURNED MY SPEAKERS FULL BLAST AND COULDNT HEAR U MAN D:!

  • Thanks man, it really helped

  • Is your computer always that glitchy?

  • @rawbq only problems you might inconter is incaficent memory so make sure your hard drive has enough memory for both

  • still a nice video though, just trying to offer helpful/positive criticism with my previous post

  • wubi isn't an OS it's just an installer, much like Unetbootin. wubi still downloads Ubuntu to use. Using it is a good alternative to dual booting if you must have it on your system. otherwise a live cd/dvd/usb would be another great way to go. Plus with usb keys you can add persistence to save data and settings while keeping a live linux distro. the other easy way to dual boot is a secondary hard drive dedicated to linux.

  • @UpsetPC yes please! :] also would it work on newer games like, call of duty 4, battlefield bad company 2 ect.? (im sick of windows also lol)

  • In the video, are you installing Ubuntu on the same drive as windows? Aren't there any problems if you install two o/s on the same drive (C:\)?

  • lol i have 700 giga byte's free and 400 used =]
