Dry Ingredients:
1c whole wheat flour
1/2c wheat bran
1/3c brown sugar
1/2c all purpose flour
1/4c ground flax seed, or flax seed meal
1t baking powder
1t ginger
1/2t salt
1/2t baking soda
Wet Ingredients:
1c fat-free yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2c blackstrap molasses
1/4c oil
2 eggs
Mix and bake for 1 hour @ 350 (a toothpick should come out mostly clean) in an especially well greased loaf pan, or a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Let it set in the pan for 10 minutes after it's done so it can solidify, then cool for an hour on a wire rack. Really good when it's still warm, with butter on it. =D
You seem really happy these days, and far more comfortable with both sides of your gender, which is something I'd like to be able to accomplish eventually. I'd like to be on that end of things where I can wake up in the morning and look like a dude without having to spend three hours doing drag makeup to accomplish that, and if I so chose to dress like a female, which is so much more rare for me, put three hours into looking like THAT.

Hm bread sounds tasty.
Awesome about the 'young man' vs 'young woman' thing.
Also: It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Super Queer! ...That is all.

I've often wondered if people in public see me as a guy or a girl...I would love to be able to take some sort of telepathic pole: male, female, or "?".
I would like it to be "?" XD
