I have used both the Ballistic SG and the Case Mate tough case. Both are very solid but if you are looking for overall reliable protection than i would suggest going with the ballistic sg. The SG is a beast and oozes quality. I personally thought it was a bit too bulky and added too much weight but thats just my opinion. That is why i went with the case mate tough case. Sleek, slick and sturdy. Does not bulk but rather a nice amount of weight making my Epic Tough feel like a true expensive phone

How does this compare to the ballistic case?

Thank you for the review. Do you know if this would fit the Tmobile version. I know the camera cutout is different but I think it may be the only thing. I'd be drimmel the cutout if needed. but was wondering if you you thought it may fit the tmobile version?

Good review. I ended up buying this as my main case for my S2 (international version), and I honestly can't see me taking it off until I sell the phone. I wish it looked as cool as the SGP Neo Hybrid, but the Tough Case offers much better protection... plus the Neo Hybrid is overpriced and the silicone stretches and sags over time.

Yup audio pretty weird. Saw the SGSII in white looks great. Nice review!
does fit the tmobile version

@lramon1 It fits it, but it is not what I would call a 'form fitting' case - some cutouts are off.

What's up with the audio? Did you do noise removal or something? If you did then it's too strong.

@kazuzuagogo Yeah, I had terrible background noise (I'm using a new setup which is nearly close to my air conditioning) - sorry about that! My next video will have that fixed, as I'm picking a Zoom H1 microphone.
