The guy in the documentary doesn't look very trustworthy to me either, and if it was a commercial venture of the lutze's how much could they have thought they could make? They lost thousands when they gave the house back to the bank, surely nobody could have forecast its popularity and they really didn't make the gains that other predators did. I think it has been an embellished story though, but with some truth to it making it impossible to prove or disprove...

I don't believe the house is haunted.I'd have to see it to believe it. However, I'd have a huge problem living there, knowing an entire family was killed off there. The negative energy or karma must be extremely unsettling inside there...
