The bank part wasn't hard for me. All you have to do is hold on to the x button so that it won't wobble too much and make it go slower so you can see the obstacles on time. I only release the x button when I had to do the spins. :)

Jealous x-x I've passed this part before with great difficulty and I decided a few weeks ago i wanted to play this game again and start from the beginning and I've got to this part again only for the game to crash everytime I enter the vault, i'm on the last part for the pet shop bit and it crashes so I can't get any further than this :l lol
