As a Yankee fan, I am forced to agree with you...Boston does suck. But as a responsible homeowner, I have to agree with this bill. Two of my nice neighbors couldn't get a mod they could afford, and were evicted. Meth heads moved in, and I don't like them much. It's happening everywhere. Banks don't care about your neighborhood. They got us into this mess, and we can't afford to obey their commands anymore. Urge your senators to pass S.61. And again, Boston does suck!
-
Help yourselves. Passing S.61 is the only measure that will give banks real incentive to negotiate a feasible modification that homeowners can afford. If your neighbors get kicked out, you'll be seeing some pretty bad people move in before the home is sold (which might take a while). And renters after (not good). Every homeowner should back this bill and call their senator. Rates will not go up...cramdowns are currently available to vacation homes, and there are no rate premiums.
-
HELP US! PLEASE HELP PUSH THROUGH S.61 NOW...
Helping Families Save Their Homes in Bankruptcy Act of 2009
Granting bankruptcy judges this authority gives home mortgages on primary residences the same treatment as vacations homes, yachts or investment properties owned by wealthier borrowers. Why should those facing financial crises, whose homes are their most valued asset, be denied relief given to others?
Please support S. 61.

In english Barney...who voted for this clown? Boston sucks.

"Irresponsible sub prime mortgage lending, borrowing, underwriting, & securitizing was the biggest single cause of this financial crisis," says Barney. No, it was not. It was merely a symptom of the true disease; want, greed, desire, and envy. There is only one way to "stem the tide" of the current crisis, and that is for people to live within their means and take personal responsibility for bad choices. Let people help themselves out of this crisis, and we will all be better for it.

The title of this video should read, "Rep. Barney "The Fruit" Frank, Do It At The Expense Of An Awful Lot Of American Taxpayers"

I'm embarrassed that my state has Ted "The Drunk" Kennedy, John "The Golddigger" Kerry and this clown, Barney "The Fruit" Frank. Thank God I'm bugging out for New Hampshire later this year.
Frank is one of the politicians, both Republicans and Democrats, who drove us into the credit crisis.
