@Puppetmaster832 That's strange, I'm currently using 10.10 also, and I still have sound preferences under the volume control. Nevertheless the same thing can be accessed through System > Preferences > Sound

@552Industries I'm not sure, it doesn't work correctly for me on a 64-bit version of linux either. Try out Kazam though, it works fine.
