  • hey YOU MESSED UP. when you change the single bond to a double, you forgot to get rid of a lone pair on the Cl, which alters the Cl formal charge in the long run. thumb me up guys so he knows

  • @adrenalinerushr certain periodic table elements are capable of "bullying" elements into taking more than an octet. O and F are the most common. This is correct.

  • @GreenDayPunkChick Cl is the least electronegative

  • How do you know that Cl goes in the center?

  • The chlorine have 10 electrons....U broke the octet rule...sth wrong?
