I honestly believe that Golden smog s interaction was relative before ppl knew... it lead to the split of Uncle Tupelo and Mark Olson leavin Gary... dont get me wrong definitely listenin outside the screen door but broken harpoon has a great sentiment in my life
I'm just watching a documentary on him called "Salvation Blues" It says original air date 11-14-2010. It is about him and his band recording his new album. I really like his music so I looked him up and landed here. A very unique sound!
@sillykidssong I bought My Own Jo Ellen in a dollar store and I had never heard him before...Now I own Decembers Child and The Jayhawks Hollywood Town Hall...The man is amazing.
I bought his album December's Child in a dollar store....never heard of him before.....always was struck by his unique habit of not rhyming lines an for ending his phrases with a feeling that he is either saying too much in one line or not saying enough...??? Anyone else notice this? It is very charming to hear, and very unlike others in this genre....wonder what his influences are?

well..if you look carefully, the bass player is sitting on the floor of the stage(fiddle side)..that's why you can't really see him..
