Really and what part of the video did you receive that information from? If you would've paid attention to the video we wouldn't be in this dilemma right now. He was speeding at approximately 100 miles per hour hitting cars around him. Do you believe in your right mind even if that sign said walk he would have stopped and let the pedestrian walk across the street? knowing that hes already ignored stop signs and red lights and carelessly hitting cars?
