I don't think Randy snitched to snitch or get out of trouble. I think he just needed to tell someone, it was eating him up inside. He probably thought his friends, especially Namond, would have just made fun of him. He wasn't a battle hardened thug, he was a kid who feels the guilt of a murder.

2.Kima got shot.McNulty was messed up about that and he thought it was his fault.

3.Randy getting played by Sgt. Carver."You gonna look out for me?

4.Dukie ask Mike if he remember the pee ballons.Mike couldnt remember.All of that killing made him forget his childhood innocence
