Newport Oregon. The Marina on the RV side near the Rogue Brewery has their real life 'Popeye'. He works there, lives with his Olive Oyl on his beautiful sailboat and is a true 'sailorman' named Keth. He is what he is. Long live my friend Keith. :>)

@ElNingyou I agree. This movie was made when we were transitioning from the 70s to the 80s and the vibe is just really weird. Kind of a Hee Haw mixed with Grease mixed with....well I'm note sure vibe.
