L.C.C. INTRO -- WHO DARES WINS (Commodore 64) - 1985

This is an old and very early L.C.C. (Lehrter Cracking Cooperation) intro, presenting the classic game "Who dares wins"... intro created by me ("Tankard") in 1985. As long as I remember, this was the third L.C.C. presented game!

My scene pseudonymous at that time usually was "Tankard", later I changed it to "Witch Hunter"... haha... but sometimes as a stupid teenager we also used our real names or initials... and our English really sucked big time... but we've had much much fun .... LOL :-) Hope you enjoy watching!!! ;-)

--------------------- some historical details... ---------------------------

I have been a real ATARI 2600 maniac from 1979 to 1984... and as I got my first Commodore 64 on christmas 1984, I freaked totally out and was infected from the first second! I immediately started my own cracking crew L.C.C. (Lehrter Cracking Cooperation) with some local friends right after christmas 1984... later (july 1985) we renamed L.C.C. from "Lehrter Cracking Cooperation" to "Lehrter Cracking Crew"... we were active in the C-64 underground cracking, swapping and (later) demo scene from winter 1984 til spring 1989... hahaha... we didn't belonged to the so called "scene elite" but we've had some contacts and always did our very best ... the best what 12-15 year old kids could do... hey, and we were really good at swapping hottest stuff and we've had lots of fun and made great contacts worldwide over the years!! One of the L.C.C. members got busted by the end of 1988... I will not tell here who, but it was no fun at all!

In spring 1989 we officially quit L.C.C. and I started T.S.C. (The Slayer Crew), later an old mate (Warlock) from L.C.C. joined me at the T.S.C. ... in spring 1990 we decided to quit T.S.C. for several reasons and I started OVERKILL together with another mate (Pestilence) which I knew from old L.C.C. times... haha... if you just watch all our names and pseudonymous you can see that we all were also big heavy metal maniacs... ;-)

OVERKILL was the most professional of all the groups I've been a part of in the past... we always were able to swap the hottest stuff and we had more than 200 contacts all over the world at our peak times... later some mates from old L.C.C. & T.S.C. times joined us and in 1992 finally OVERKILL were 7 people at peak... we were active 'til june 1992 but never really disbanded the group.... so OVERKILL is still alive somehow... ;-)

Later I became a musician & mobile phone technician and had no time for all this stuff anymore really... hahaha... but still remember myself doing the type setting and cover layout of my first audio cassette demo back in 1993 with the Commodore 64... :-D

...and today... I'm still totally interested in old school videogames (beside music, toys and much other stuff... you'll probably see in my channel sooner or later!) and still a heavy collector (ATARI 2600 & COMMODORE 64... only ORIGINALS nowadays, how times changed... LOL :-)) and I also have the aim to keep historical files & items alive and make it available for the public, so watch out for some more cool videos to come up... thanx for watching, have fun, enjoy and check back soon!! :-)
