Fact is Hamilton was challenging for the title in his debut year and won it the next year. Like him or not, you can't deny his driving skills.

That is speculation on your part. You really have no idea and just pulling assumptions. At the beginning of the year when there was equal treatment, Hamilton beat Alonso quite a few times.

In my opinion Hamilton and Vettel are the 2 likely candidates to break Schumi's records, and Hamilton's already got a headstart with the fastest car in his debut year.
