ElSMB3 Bowser's Castle

This is it! The grand finale of ElSMB3!

Bowser's Castle is exactly what you'd expect: a very long and difficult fortress level. Like SMB3CL's final level, there is no background music. It's just you and the game. The level is essentially divided up into six segments, each providing their own unique challenges. The second and third parts look daunting at first, but once you get the timing down, they're not too bad. There's also an invisible 1-Up somewhere in the second part; don't worry, it won't send you hurtling into lava or spikes. This isn't Kaizo Mario.

At the end, you'll encounter another throwback from SMB3CL: Red Bowser! This time, you really do need to have a plan of attack. Yes, he needs to break through several layers of bricks to finally reach his doom, but you need to make sure that Mario has enough appropriately located safety platforms to use once Bowser takes the plunge so you're not forced to take a hit on the spikes.

Your biggest enemy may not be Rotodiscs, spikes, lava, or even Bowser. It's very likely that the clock itself may come back to haunt you. That 400 seconds goes by fast if you dawdle, and falling trying to collect the powerup in the third part and wandering around too much during the fifth part's maze can waste precious seconds. You don't want to die of time-up right before you beat Bowser!

Also notice Peach's text. Yes, it's edited to provide a little note from yours truly. I've also edited the rest of the text in the game, and those Toads say some wacky things.

Ahh... three years of work. I could have probably done it in one if I weren't so darn lazy...

---DOWNLOAD INFORMATION: As per the notice at the end of the video, the game is NOT available for download yet. I still have some revisions and bugfixes left, but once that's all done, I'll post a video response to inform everybody of the good news.
