If the House of Rothschild controls the issuance of the Russian currency, as they do in the UK, and the US, Russia will be placed in an uncomfortable position. Last I heard the Kyrgyz wanted the American base removed. One thing you can almost be certain of, whatever the Israelis want, the US will capitulate. American foreign policy is dictated by the Israelis.

North Korea is USA enemy. Iran is potential enemy. Russia is trying to go against USA. China looks neutral, but now situation is becoming worse and China is becoming more anti-USA.

What are you basing your arguments on?
Russia won't do what Israel tells to do, but Israel won't do anything, that isn' liked by USA government.
Basicly it all due to USA, but they can't put to much pressure on Russia, because others(like EU) won't like it, because of threat of new cold war.

Don't forget about agreement between Russia Kyrgyzstan and some other countries in this region about military support in case if something will go wrong in this region.
