  • People tend to remember only the first movement but the entire symphony is epic... also would somebody give a darned pill to whoever is coughing to death there

  • I like the fourth movement. It is funny that the finale is one long ending. I have also heard that this was the first significant symphony in which were used trombones, contrabasoon and piccolo.
