  • Somethng that wet, and you said you ere on the roof, does not have a roofing problem? You also mentioned no stain problem on ceiling, so what is the cause? Your evaluation and or recommends are scaring everybody for nothing. What is the cause???

  • your recommendations are completely inadequate. If the decking is actually soaked, it will be because of more than just improper ventilation. Waiting until a mold problem gets worse before having it taken care of is highly inappropriate. A bigger problem means more expense to fix it. In the mean time, you still have a high spore count and risk infection to other areas of the home. If there is a problem, fix it.
