Bihar is much greater than most other states in India, friends! Unlike even neighboring UP, Bihar accepts all people from all parts of India, with open arms. It is not rabid anti-non Hindi as most UP people are. It is not rabid pro-Hindu as most of UP is, Only if Bihar rules again, will it bring waves of bliss to India.
