Known for establishing the world's largest ambulance service, a Karachi man is now in line to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Abdul Sattar Edhi's is one of the most famous men in Pakistan. He opened a medical clinic which eventually spawned the world's largest ambulance service and an international charity.

Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tyab reports from Karachi.
