The Nazis called them the"Hell Fighters" and were deathly afraid of them. They set battle plans purposely to avoid them.

The movie was great, one slight problem, the roles are reversed. Wonder why they never turn the camera around when Scott was standing in front of the Nations Flag. The roles are reversed...the white guy should be shinning the shoes of Patton, and the black troops should of been in the tanks!!! "Another 'mistruth again' rises out of Hollywood." The 761st was Patton's heroes, the spearhead into Germany...they were all Black...Buffalo Soldiers. Rescue at Pine Ridge. com

Thanks for the info kid......
It's actually about six million, this is why we need to remember and study the past. Pay attention in your history class and maybe you will learn something...... This flag is all about the 761st, maybe you should start with Call of Duty: Finest Hour" PS2 video game based on the 761st. You probably know video game history??
Since 1945-46, the most commonly quoted figure for the total number of Jews killed has been an estimate of approximately six million.

I know a Holocaust resistance fighter who also keeps a captured Nazi flag. I guess he keeps it to remember too.

This flag was captured and signed by The 761st Tank Battalion, a United States Army tank battalion during World War II. The unit was made up of all black soldiers (Buffalo Soldiers), who by Federal law were not permitted to serve alongside white troops. (The US Army did not officially desegregate until after World War II). They were known as the Black Panthers after their unit's shoulder sleeve insignia. Their motto was Come out fighting. The flag is a small part of WWII history
