Ha, even the pro guy needs to work on it, his right arm needs to be against his side, otherwise he will dislocate his shoulder

Head must stay down. The guy at the end was rolling OK but with way too much effort and force on the paddle. If you keep your eyes glued on the sweeping blade it will force your head to stay down and your shoulders to come all the way around creating an automatic hip snap. If I remember to follow the blade with my eyes I never miss a roll. If I get in a hurry and forget this my roll gets sloppy, my head comes up and I may miss it. Nice video.
