No, my good man, Those towers have been constructed quite recently. You see, every time you make a line while playing Tetris, the blocks are materialized near the center of Moscow. This is why the Russians have such colorful, wonderful buildings. Some of the rarer blocks, such as bomb blocks, are used for explosive missiles. This is why people are urged not to play Tetris too often.

I used to avoid this song when I played Tetris because I thought it sounded kind of Russian-classical and "uncool" but then one day I said, "Fuck it! I love this song!" It's been my most used (when available) Tetris song ever since.
