Questo e uno dei primi concerti dei Police nella formazione storica poco prima del lancio di "Reggatta De Blanc", che li consacrera definitivamente nella storia del rock.

  • I want this performance DVD

  • Andy and Jeff Beck go to the same school?

  • I think Andy deserves more credit than that. He complements like no other. It's that Tele sound for me. First 2 records are great guitars and the best raw songs..

  • sting is a 'kin legend. He wrote all the guitar parts, all andy did was stick a load of effects on

  • Love how he sings the 'guilt' part in this version, he should have sung it like that on the record. I love this band..

  • OMG I didn't know there were more of that Hatfield stuff than just Message in a Bottle! Thx so much for sharing this!

They were great back then and they're definitely rock legends!

  • The Police, pure and uncommercialized. A sound that will never ever be replicated! My heroes since 1981.

  • I love the effects they used to do back then, in their early songs, how Sting would change his voice and Andy used different guitar efects. Another early Police song I really liked was "Masako Tango," even though it was nonsense with no real lyrics I just loved the way it sounds. It's so completely different.

  • For a first tv performance, EARLY in their run as a band, it is amazing how tight their sound and collaboration is. 30 years later, songs like this have never sounded better.
