A New York state commissioner hired to oversee cost-cutting and restructuring at the Metropolitan Transit Authority has been dogged by questions about wasteful spending, runaway overtime, and lax management practices.
PIX 11 News reporter Greg Mocker made the discovery in what he describes as a "pretty simple Google investigation" of Diana Jones Ritter, commissioner of New York's Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
