i can't really explain it well... but the best i cna do is show you a video of where it is :P
take a look at "Pikmin Revisit- Day 4- Part 1: Deep in The Navel We Land". there i go to recover the blue pikmin from the onion in the forest navel.
that is the bets way i cna show you where the blue onion is... i can't explain it in words... rather idk how to...
