No one's ever competed this in a competition, therefor it's not technically ever been done. Two other things...reverse 2 1/2 with 2 1/2 twists has been done and as a general rule of thumb reverse is 0.1 DD higher then backs. Also, inward 4 1/2 has been done from 10m, which is a 4.1DD so that would be the highest DD in diving. On springboard it may be different though.
Well, think about it: Its a start. Might as well start it off and try to finish it rather than a Chinese diver finishing it perfect altogether. Yea, it's nice to 10 a 107B and get the points required; nevertheless, we're advancing in dives now. Back then, it was nice to pefect a 5337D and get into compeitive status; but that was in the late 80s, early 90s. Now, dives are surpassing 3.4 Degree of difficulty and pefecting it. Thank China for this!
@TheMatchesFlare I think the highest is a Reverse 4 1/2 pike from a 3 meter at a 4.8 dd
