During the 90 day health challenge, you should be getting plenty of lean protein throughout the day. Whey protein is a great source of highly bio-available protein that can easily supplement your protein intake. It can also be used to boost strength and recovery when used as a post-workout recovery shake. There are lots of products out there, so Nicole gives her take on what to look for in a quality protein powder. She almost forgot to add, though...make sure you like the taste!

  • I like Energy First for Whey protein. If you are looking for a more plant based protein powder that is great, try Living Fuel.
