EWAS students decorating cakes

Further along, the students of both "Sammy" and "Bill" (along with the other classes) decorated their cakes. Each child received a personal-sized cake about 8" in diameter. They sliced the cake into two layers, and spread strawberry jam on the bottom layer. After that, they put the top layer on as if to make a sandwich. They then cut the top off the cake (which they ate) and spread whipped cream as as the icing around the cake. Then they topped the cake with fruits. Voila! A finished cake!

This is me going back and forth between my two classes, "Sammy" and "Bill", video taping my students as they are decorating their cake.
