On 6 August 2011, a U.S. Boeing CH-47 Chinook military helicopter was shot down while taking part in a night raid on a village in Wardak province, west of Kabul, Afghanistan, killing all 38 people on board—30 American special operations personnel, seven Afghan commandos, and one Afghan interpreter—as well as a U.S. military dog.

@junior1873
your there to fight arn't you? you expect casualties?
These guys have never seen the US, and 99% wouldnt know the twin towers if they seen it.JUst admit were not there for womens rights. lets get our western prostitues off our streets, and leave our soldiers, with looking after there own wives. Isnt it sad to see good men die, Just like US soldiers have mother and fathers, sons and daughters that care for them, so do the taliban. You can never put one life above another, PEACE
